Return Policy

All items purchased from My Bag Habits (MBH) are subject to a 30-return policy. Items must be returned within 30 days. NOT INITIATED. No cash refund will be issued only store credit. Items must be returned in new condition. Any items returned with signs of use will be returned to the purchaser and we will void the return process. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery otherwise no returns will be honored.
